Backend QA Engineer

Are you a passionate Backend QA Engineer ready to make an impact?

Join our team and help ensure the reliability, scalability, and quality of our backend systems.

You’ll work closely with developers and product teams, owning quality across APIs, data, performance, and monitoring in a dynamic hybrid work environment.

What you will be doing:

• Drive end-to-end backend testing (functional, regression, integration, performance)
• Test APIs and validate data integrity across systems
• Identify, report, and track defects to resolution
• Define and monitor quality KPIs
• Execute load, stress, and scalability testing
• Analyze logs and leverage monitoring tools to track system behavior and detect issues
• Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies

Who we are looking for:

• 4+ years of experience as a Backend QA Engineer
• Experience working with AI tools for QA (test generation, analysis, and automation support)
• Strong experience with API testing, SQL, log analysis, and monitoring tools
• Proven monitoring capabilities (system behavior analysis, alerting, troubleshooting)
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies and best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage risks
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented mindset
• Advanced English (both written and spoken)
