The main mission of our Mobile team is to create state of the art development tools and SDKs for our customers. These tools allow developers to check for accessibility issues while coding, and deliver more accessible mobile applications.
We are seeking a highly experienced iOS Tech Lead to lead the development of high-quality automation SDKs for iOS and other mobile platforms. This role is focused on mobile SDK rather than app development.

Impact and Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, enterprise-grade code according to requirements.
- Conduct engineering research to support the development and product teams.
- Collaborate closely with product management, research, development, and support teams to align on business needs and priorities.
- Ensure timely execution and delivery of mobile solutions with high-quality standards.
- Maintain code quality and automate processes.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in mobile development to continuously improve our products and processes.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proven development experience, preferably within SDK or Infrastructure teams.
- Understanding of the specifics of SDK and enterprise product development.
- Strong problem-solving and research abilities.
- Solid technical background in mobile development, architecture, and design.
- Proficiency in modern mobile development frameworks and technologies (UIKit, SwiftUI).
- Knowledge of Swift and Objective-C, CocoaPods and Swift Package Manager (SPM).
- Familiarity with Android and cross platform frameworks is a plus.
- Proficiency in QA automation tools (Appium, XCUITest) is an advantage.
- Experience with Scrum and agile development methodologies.
- Proficiency in using GitHub for version control and collaboration.
- Good English communication skills.
This position will be based in our Tel Aviv office, located 5-minute walk from Hashalom train station, Yehudit light train station, and we also have our own parking lot. We work in a hybrid mode, with flexible working hours.
