Job Description

Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:

• Define and implement enterprise data architecture, including conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
• Lead the design and development of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions to ensure data consistency and accuracy across systems.
• Architect data migration strategies for large‑scale programs, including planning, mapping, validation, and execution.
• Design and oversee ETL/ELT frameworks for complex data transformation and integration workflows.
• Develop strategies to handle large data volumes, including partitioning, indexing, optimization, and performance tuning.
• Establish governance processes for metadata management and reference data management.
• Define and enforce data integration patterns, including batch, real-time, event‑driven, and API-based data flows.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and application teams to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.
• Ensure compliance with organizational data standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical oversight during solution design, development, and deployment.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise data management.
• Strong expertise in:
• Salesforce Expirence 

Master Data Management (MDM) principles and tools

Data Migration frameworks and end to end migration lifecycle

ETL/ELT architectures and tools

Large data volume handling, performance optimization, and scalability strategies

Metadata and Reference Data Management

Data Integration patterns such as batch, streaming, microservices-based integration

• Strong understanding of relational, NoSQL, and cloud-native data platforms.
• Excellent skills in data modeling (3NF, dimensional modelling, canonical modeling).
• Ability to communicate architecture decisions clearly to technical and non technical audiences.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
