Founded in 2014, Service Fusion, now an EverCommerce company, serves nearly 7,000 field service contractors in over 20 residential and commercial service verticals with mission-critical business management software. While the largest segments of the customer base are HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair contractors, our target customer is “anyone in a truck who comes to your home or business to perform a service.” Service Fusion allows such contractors to operate their business from anywhere with enterprise-level features at a small business price.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop responsive, scalable, and performant web applications using React.
• Implement user interfaces and improve existing ones for our SaaS platform, ensuring an optimal user experience.
• Work with back-end services to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flows between front-end and server-side systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, with attention to design and technical excellence.
• Contribute to the architecture and evolution of our front-end codebase, recommending technologies and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure consistent application of front-end development standards.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends to bring innovative ideas to the team.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional front-end development experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise applications.
• Working knowledge of React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Experience working with C# and .NET technologies in a front-end capacity, especially in developing and consuming APIs.
• Strong understanding of state management libraries (such as Redux, MobX, or Context API).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and WebSockets.
• Knowledge of front-end build and packaging tools like Webpack, Babel, NPM, or Yarn.
• Familiarity with TypeScript or willingness to learn.
• Experience with Git version control and collaborative workflows (e.g., GitFlow).
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and performance tuning for mobile and web applications.
• Ability to write unit and integration tests (using frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or similar).

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of GraphQL or other API query languages.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and how they impact front-end development.

Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States, with access to our Denver, CO office if you are located in Colorado – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The on-target earnings compensation (base + commissions) for this position is $65,000 to $85,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
