We are currently seeking rising junior or senior students to apply for our internship program. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience and contribute to meaningful projects.

We are looking for a Marketing Intern to focus on EverHealth. EverHealth is simplifying the business of healthcare through simplified, user-centric software which streamlines the daily operations of healthcare practices. The right software can be critical to the health of a practice, and that’s why we’ve created an integrated ecosystem of intuitive, easy to use products that work with how providers run and grow their business.

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management:
    • Assist in creating engaging social media content across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
    • Perform social media marketing research related to healthcare software trends and topics
    • Create monthly editorial calendars to promote EverHealth brands in alignment with business priorities and initiatives
    • Monitor and draft responses to social media comments and messages
    • Track social media analytics and provide insights
  • Content Creation:
    • Develop compelling content, including blog posts, articles, and email copy
    • Assist in the creation of visual content (e.g., infographics, videos)
    • Contribute to the development of marketing materials (e.g., brochures, flyers)
  • Marketing Campaign Support:
    • Support marketing campaigns by assisting with tasks such as data analytics, email marketing, and event planning
    • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop and execute marketing strategies
  • Customer Lifecycle Marketing:
    • Gain exposure to the full customer journey, from acquisition to retention
    • Assist in developing targeted marketing campaigns for different customer segments

Qualifications:

  • Major in Business Management or Marketing
  • High level of attention to detail/accuracy.
  • Exercise discretion and good judgment and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Positive attitude approaching any task no matter how big/small.
  • Approaches projects with creativity and is willing to think outside of the box.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to travel for Denver, Colorado for the intern kickoff week and possibly the Intern executive presentations.

What we are looking for:

  • Rising juniors and seniors pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • Applicants to be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis from June to August 2025.
  • Must be willing to commit to a 10-week internship I the Summer of 2025 (June-August) on a full-time basis.
  • Enthusiastic about technology and committed to professional development.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willing to learn and collaborate with your teammates.

Where:

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position.

Compensation:

The target base compensation for this position is $20.00 USD per hour. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
