Euronet Worldwide, a global leader in electronic payment services, is seeking a Technical Implementation Specialist to join our Software Division in Little Rock, Arkansas. Our technology powers secure payment platforms used by leading financial institutions worldwide.
This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you’ll lead software implementations from configuration through go-live—ensuring seamless integration and long-term client success.

Lead end-to-end software implementation projects from planning through deployment
- Configure, test, and install Euronet payment software at client sites
- Execute SQL queries and validate database integrity during implementation
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to ensure smooth integrations
- Train client teams on system functionality and best practices
- Manage timelines, document milestones, and communicate status updates
- Travel domestically and internationally to support on-site go-lives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Experience in software implementation, deployment, or technical consulting
- Strong SQL and relational database knowledge (MySQL, Oracle)
- Familiarity with programming languages (Python, Java) and scripting (Shell/Bash)
- Experience with testing, troubleshooting, and system validation
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Experience with payment systems or financial transaction platforms
- Background in fintech or financial services environments
