Job Description
Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing (BPT) is looking for its site in Vimodrone (MI) a Junior Project Manager (IT Projects) to support the Project Manager of the Europe Team, for the BPT Europe division.
Main tasks:
- Manage routine/new projects and provide support to various functions in the organization;
- Manage different projects simultaneously, set milestones and track progress;
- Fill out documents and collaborate with people to complete the missing information;
- Participate to project meetings and prepare minutes, presentations with clear communication;
- Contact external suppliers to obtain information;
- Visibility to different teams across Europe (e.g. IT, quality, metrology) including management.
Qualifications
- Master Degree Management/Business or IT related Degree is preferred;
- Experience in pharmaceutical industry is considered a plus;
- Excellent English (100% communication in English);
- Project management skills (e.g. good relationship with stakeholders);
- Basic MS Office knowledge is required. Further IT skills/knowledge is nice to have;
- Excellent communication skills (with colleagues in different countries and suppliers)
