We are looking for a Senior SysOps Engineer to join our high-impact IT Transformation Program. You’ll design, build, and support cutting-edge multi-cloud infrastructure, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability for our business-critical systems.

🤖 Experience, knowledge & skills 🤖

• At least couple of years of experience with Linux/Windows Server administration, VMware, and storage solutions
• Hands-on experience in cloud platforms (GCP, Azure) and IaaS/PaaS operations
• Proficiency in networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, Active Directory)
• Familiarity with backup tools (e.g., Commvault, Veeam)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Automation with Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of regulatory environments (GxP, GDPR) is a plus

👩‍💻 What you will be doing 👨‍💻

• Engineer and implement multi-cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud, Azure) and virtualization platforms (VMware)
• Automate infrastructure with scripting (PowerShell, Bash) and tools (Terraform, Ansible)
• Ensure that IT Services are delivered correctly to business customers. This includes the execution of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), management of IT Changes as per well-defined ITIL processes, as implemented in the ITSM system (ServiceNow)
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness
• Troubleshoot complex systems and engage with vendor support for critical issues
• Deliver quality documentation and transition services to operations teams
