Unified Communication Engineer (AudioCodes / Teams Voice))

About the team:

M365 & Voice Squad is part of the End User Tribe which aims at delivering a great user experience and excellent support. We support the business by enabling the digital transformation thanks to up to date digitally enabled, unified and cost-effective collaboration space. The focus of the Squad is Microsoft365, unified communications (voice & video Cisco/MS Teams).

About the role:

As Unified Communication Engineer you and your colleagues are responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the unified communication (VoiP, video). You will work closely with the business stakeholders, Cyber Security and Infrastructure teams to ensure the optimal performance, security, and compliance of the Microsoft 365 environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise in Microsoft Teams Voice (calling, meetings, conferencing).
• Handle incident resolution and root cause analysis to improve reliability.
• Support configuration changes, migrations, and small-scale projects (e.g., number provisioning, routing fixes).
• Perform advanced troubleshooting for collaboration solutions.
• Maintain and update documentation (designs, configurations, standards, training materials).
• Collaborate on technology assessments and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Experience with Microsoft 365, especially MS Teams Voice is a must for this position (certification is a plus).
• Good knowledge of:
  • Direct Routing
  • MS Teams meetings and conferencing
  • Audiocodes SBC and MP
  • SIP Protocol
  • Microsoft Teams Rooms
• Familiarity /experience in several technologies from the list below: :
  • Tools like NICE NTR-X, Nimbus, Moyobi
  • Power BI, PowerAutomate
  • Webex Cloud
• Ability to monitor and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 issues.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge ITIL principles
• Knowledge of Agile methodology
• Experience with programming including Shell scripting (PowerShell), experience in exchange online

About the Organization

Group Technology Services (GTS) plans, builds and runs the global infrastructure of Euroclear, and is additionally responsible for the IT service management to the operating entities of the various Group markets. Group Technology Services operates its IT systems and IT services in such a way that, at an appropriate and benchmarked cost level, it can deliver the agreed levels of service to support the requirements of the business processes, for both normal operations and during disaster recovery. We are looking for a Unified Communication Engineer to join the M365 & Voice Squad in the End User Services Tribe.
