Product Manager Digital Communication Channels

The role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager to strengthen the Digital Channels Product Team within Euroclear’s broader Client Experience Division.

The Digital Communication Channels department drives our digital ambitions, benefiting both our clients and our internal efficiency and effectiveness.

Now that our digital communication strategy has been defined, the focus is on rolling it out across all areas of digital interaction with our customers.

You will join a diverse and experienced team of Product Managers and, through close collaboration with the business and delivery teams, translate the digital channels vision into clear deliverables, with a particular focus on managing the P&L of our portfolio.

 

The mission

You will translate the digital channels strategy into actionable initiatives, taking into account a Group CSD perspective. You will ensure a healthy P&L for the Digital Channels portfolio, working on topics such as:

• Rationalisation of customer reporting and channels
• Ensuring channels are appropriately priced
• Analysing and challenging costs
• Competitive intelligence

You will take ownership of, and research, ideas where appropriate, working closely with colleagues to grow the communication channels revenue of the Group. You will track product success, analyse P&L metrics and KPIs, and make recommendations to further improve the portfolio of digital communication products.

 

Your Profile

• Experience working in a product, network or business analyst role in the financial services industry
• Ability to analyse complex data and processes to make informed decisions
• Ability to work with BI tools is a strong asset
• Resilience in the face of challenges, with a positive attitude and adaptability when dealing with change and uncertainty
• A proactive approach to embracing and driving change
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong initiative and ownership
