Euroclear is developing its FX product capability as a core pillar of its long-term strategy, with AutoFX — automated FX integrated with settlement, income and redemption — as the initial flagship offering. As FX Product Solutions Manager, Asia Pacific (APAC), you will define the FX sales agenda, shape the value proposition, and act as the bridge between the business, commercial priorities, and our clients in Asia Pacific.

 

Job content:

• Drive commercial growth for Euroclear's FX offering in Asia Pacific by identifying, qualifying, and converting new prospects into live clients. ​
• Support the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery through to onboarding hand-off. ​
• Develop a deep understanding of clients' FX workflows, settlement processes, and operational pain points to position Euroclear's offering compellingly. ​
• Collaborate with the FX Product team in Europe to co-develop go-to-market materials, refine the value proposition, and feed market intelligence into the product roadmap. ​ 
• Cross-sell FX services to Euroclear's existing client base (asset managers, custodians, broker-dealers, central banks) in APAC. ​
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations) to navigate client due diligence and onboarding requirements. ​
• Work with Sales across the Euroclear offices in APAC to ensure maintenance CRM pipeline discipline and report on deal progress, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts. ​

• Represent Euroclear at industry events and FX forums to build market presence.

Profile & Experience​:

• 5–8 years of experience in FX solutions / sales, institutional sales, or financial markets business development.​
• Strong FX domain knowledge in spot, forward, and post-trade/settlement FX workflows. Prior experience in an FX-focused role (bank, prime broker, or fintech) is strongly preferred.​
• Familiarity with the end-to-end FX transaction lifecycle, from order generation through execution, confirmation, and settlement.​
• Good understanding of T+1 transition in Europe and consequences of compressed settlement cycles in a post trade environment.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes in financial services.​
• Ability to engage credibly with both operational and C-suite client contacts.
• Experience of positioning new products and services successfully with clients, in close alignment with generalist Sales & Relationship teams.​
• Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable producing client-facing materials independently.​
• Experience working in or alongside post-trade infrastructure, custody, or settlement is a plus.​
• Fluent spoken and written English.
