What is this job about?

As a Data Analyst at EthonAI you will engage directly with our customers, using data and analysis to understand their pain points, and leverage your insights to shape the product development. You will work cross-functionally with partners across Product, Engineering and Sales, using a data-driven approach to ensure we are empowering our customers to get the most out of our EthonAI products.

What do you need to succeed in this role?

Your Roles & Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers, including visiting their factories, to understand and empathize with their pain points.

• Use EthonAI's tools to provide proofs of value and additional insights to customers.

• Write custom data loaders for the EthonAI platform, in collaboration with engineers and customers.

• Work cross-functionally with the product, engineering and sales teams to provide the customers’ point of view, to help us perfect our platform and product offering.

Your Experience & Skills

• You hold an academic degree from a relevant field, such as Computer Science. A Master's degree for recent graduates, but a Bachelor's backed with real-world experience can also work.

• You have worked as a data analyst, data scientist or data engineer for at least 3 years.

• You enjoy directly with customers to solve their problems.

• You have working knowledge of Python and SQL.

• Demonstrated ability to use data to understand customer pain-points.

• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.

• Experience with IoT applications that run on premise and in the cloud is a plus.
