Job Description

Job Title: Project Manager (#1724)

Location: Austin,TX

Duration: 12+ Months

Required:

· 8 Years of Excellent communication skills both written and oral with all levels of staff.

· 8 Years of Skill in guiding large projects teams with internal and varied level of management involvement.

· 7 Years Skilled in managing competing interests from various project stakeholders and reaching consensus for appropriate next actions.

· 6 Years of Experience developing project and work plans and leading stakeholders through project activities.

· 6 Years Skilled in delivering projects on time and within budget for projects with a large number of stakeholders

· 6 Years Skilled in change management and change readiness practices

· 4 Years of Experience with Strategic, Roadmap and or Implementation Plan among complex organizations.

Preferred:

· 4Years of Demonstration of creative thinking and business process analysis to solve business issues.

· 5 Years of Strong experience with Microsoft toolset – Word, Project, Visio, Excel.

· 5 Years of Experience with state government, federal or complex private sector organization

· 5 Years of Experience managing cross-agency, enterprise initiatives, Enterprise Information Management

· 5 Years of Experience with Information Technology and Information Management projects

· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
