How You’ll Support Our Mission

Your code will travel with ambulance crews on shift, on the devices they carry. Join our Prague-based team and help emergency services reach people faster. 

We build software that manages and optimizes patient transport logistics, so that response times for emergency cases keep coming down. Crews use it in the field across Europe, North and South America, and Australia. In the U.S. alone, we handle 20% of all medical transports.

This hybrid role requires working from the office 2-3 days per week. Candidates must be based in the Czech Republic and available for regular in-office collaboration in Prague.

Please note that we do not provide visa sponsorship; candidates must have full authorization to work in the Czech Republic.

What you will work on 

You will start in our existing native iOS application, keeping it stable and dependable for the crews who rely on it every day. That work is also the quickest way to learn the domain. From there, you will move into our Flutter development, which is where our cross-platform work is heading. 

How we work with AI 

AI coding tools are central to how we work, and we use them well past autocomplete: long sessions, agent loops, and workflows we keep reshaping as the tools change. We are looking for someone who wants to push those boundaries further while staying behind the wheel. Whoever or whatever writes the first draft, the result is yours once it ships. 

Who You Are – The Essentials

• Genuine interest in mobile development and in the people who use what you build 

• Solid Flutter and Dart skills 

• Native iOS experience, including comfort working in an established codebase 

• Critical thinking and an open mind – you ask why, and you update your view when the evidence points elsewhere 

• Willingness to pick up new, promising technologies and approaches 

• Proficiency in English, spoken and written 

Who You Are – The Desirables

• Experience with Android development 

• Knowledge of TypeScript or .NET 

• Czech at a conversational level 

• Living close enough to Prague to be in the office regularly – we are a small team, and our best ideas come from brainstorming together there 

• A good sense of humor and a positive outlook
