Pay rate: £13.15 per hour
Hours: 2 x 20 hour contracts and 1 x 30 hour contract. Waking nights 10pm to 8am. Rotas given in advance. We are a 365 day a year service due to the nature of our work.

Essential requirements for a Children's Residential Support Worker:
- A full driving licence issued in the UK
- Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
- Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
- Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above
- Previous childcare or support worker experience is advantageous but not essential
