About this opportunity:
The Support Engineer is responsible for handling problems that have been reported by Customers or other Ericsson support organizations.
What you will do:
Responsible for Configuration
CSR Handling
Fault analysis
E2E troubleshooting.
Handling of HLR, MSS, or IMS / UDM
CSR Handling (Fault Analysis, Troubleshooting)
Emergency handling & Corrective maintenance in the network.
Software updates, Upgrades
New Features Implementation.
