Are you ready to shape the future of antenna technology? Join our Industrialization & Verification (TI) team, an integral part of EAS R&D. We specialize in validation, verification, and industrialization of cutting-edge antenna products and components. Now, we're seeking a Tech Lead Hardware Test Strategy to revolutionize our end-to-end testing strategy, triggering cutting edge-technology, enhancing efficiency, reducing time-to-market, and cutting costs.

 

What you will do

  • Develop and own the end-to-end (E2E) test plan for antenna design bases, platforms, and variants.
  • Harmonize and orchestrate the testing landscape across antenna development projects.
  • Drive continuous improvements in E2E testing through strategic alliances and feedback loops.
  • Embed a Design-for-Test mindset within the organization to optimize processes and outcomes.
  • Innovate testing methodologies with automation, collaboration, and simplification.
  • Scrutinize product requirements and ensure alignment with testing strategies.
  • Support Moderate and coach a team of interdisciplinary specialists, fostering collaboration and excellence.

 

You will bring

  • A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in R&D, particularly in test requirements, parameters, and performance.
  • Familiarity with mobile communication technologies (antennas, radios, etc.) is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for teamwork.
  • An analytical, structured, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong capabilities to drive change, transformation, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience managing stakeholders across all levels.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; German skills are a plus.
