About this opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Integration Engineer to join our team in the telecommunications domain. The ideal candidate will specialize in integrating and implementing OSS (Operations Support Systems) and BSS (Business Support Systems) solutions, ensuring seamless operations and supporting digital transformation initiatives.

What you will do:

-    Lead the end-to-end integration of OSS/BSS systems, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
-    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture, workflows, and interfaces.
-    Perform data migration, system configuration, and customizations as needed.
-    Develop and review technical designs, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and standards.
-    Prepare detailed documentation, including integration workflows, configuration guides, and operational handbooks.
-    Conduct system testing, including functional, integration, and performance tests.
-    Identify and resolve issues during testing phases to ensure a robust deployment.
-    Work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and developers, to deliver seamless integration.
-    Provide technical support during and post-deployment, ensuring smooth system operations.
-    Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance system performance and scalability.
-    Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve system efficiency.

The skills you bring:

-    Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, or a related field.
-    Minimum 2–5 years of experience in telecom OSS/BSS integration projects.
-    Hands-on experience with systems like Ericsson, Amdocs, Huawei, Nokia or similar platforms.
-    Strong knowledge of protocols such as SOAP, REST, XML, and JSON.
-    Proficiency in middleware platforms (e.g., WebLogic, TIBCO, MuleSoft).
-    Familiarity with database systems (e.g., Oracle, MySQL) and query optimization.
-    Scripting and programming expertise (e.g., Python, Java, Shell scripting).
-    Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
-    In-depth understanding of OSS/BSS workflows, including order management, provisioning, inventory management, and billing systems.
-    Familiarity with TM Forum standards (eTOM, SID, and TAM).
-    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-    Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
-    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
-    Proactive attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
