What you will do
• Proven experience (13+ years) in product management, design and deployment, with a focus on mobile financial services or fintech.
• Demonstrated success in leading and scaling product deployment teams, with a track record of designing and delivering innovative & successful solutions.
• Strong understanding of mobile technologies, user experience design, and financial services regulations.
• Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize market data and customer insights into actionable product strategies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is preferred.
• Experience in Stakeholder management, handling stringent timed deliveries.
You will bring
• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for mobile financial services, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market opportunities.
• Lead the end-to-end product deployment lifecycle, from planning through to execution and optimization, take on the CSR role in Core-3 or a similar role as solution scope responsible
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products on time ..
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business value, and strategic priorities.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery-related queries, providing leadership and guidance to Team members and other stakeholders.Transfers knowledge and drives re-use
• Foster a customer-centric culture within the team, ensuring that user experience and satisfaction are at the forefront .
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes impacting mobile financial services.
