  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability across the program
  • Ensure compliance with Ericsson processes, quality standards, and security requirements

The skills you will bring:

  • Solid experience managing large software development programs (typically >50 people across multiple teams or ARTs)
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering software development programs on time, in scope, and with high quality
  • Demonstrated Agile ways of working experience (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), with practical application at program or ART level
  • Strong skills in program governance: planning, risk and issue management, dependency management, and change control
  • Experience with continuous delivery / DevOps practices and metrics
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across Product, R&D, and business functions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions in complex, fast-changing environments
