L'équipe produit radio d'Ericsson est responsable de tous les aspects du développement de la prochaine génération de stations de base sans fil : systématisation, conception, intégration et vérification des radios multinormes afin de créer de nouvelles capacités et de satisfaire les besoins des clients.
Si vous êtes sélectionné pour ce poste, vous travaillerez au sein de l'équipe des systèmes et de l'intégration des produits radio, qui s'occupe de la conception du matériel et des logiciels et les intègre pour valider les fonctionnalités et les performances des nouveaux produits radio.
Ce que vous ferez :
- Travailler au sein d'un groupe collaboratif axé sur la conception, les tests et le dépannage de nouvelles radios matérielles/logicielles afin de s'assurer que le produit global peut répondre à ses exigences fonctionnelles et de performance
- Diriger des groupes de travail et des équipes techniques lors de la conception et de l'intégration de produits radio
- Connectez plusieurs conceptions de radiofréquence (RF) numériques et analogiques dans un prototype de produit
- Être responsable de l'intégration fonctionnelle et performante des nouveaux produits
- Élaborer des procédures d'étalonnage et d'optimisation des performances
- Définir la couverture de test requise pour l'intégration du produit
- Mettre en œuvre des méthodes d'automatisation des tests et de validation à l'aide de scripts en python ou MATLAB
- Analysez les résultats, pilotez les mises à jour de la conception des produits, identifiez les lacunes potentielles de la conception du système et influencez les conceptions futures
- Effectuer des analyses statistiques de données de mesure
Les compétences que vous apportez:
- Baccalauréat dans des programmes spécialisés en génie informatique, en génie électrique, en génie mécatronique, en génie électronique et en génie des télécommunications ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Expérience avec les normes 3GPP
- Sens aigu du dépannage
- Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes et en analyse
- Solides compétences d'équipe et relationnelles
- Solides compétences en programmation orientée objet (Python, C++ un atout)
- Compétences en scripting dans MATLAB sont un atout
- Des compétences en ingénierie RF sont un atout
- Énergie et volonté de prospérer dans un environnement de développement de produits dynamique
- Maîtrise de l'anglais, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral
Autres compétences utiles :
- Expérience avec l'équipement de laboratoire, y compris les analyseurs de spectre, les analyseurs de réseau, les générateurs de signaux, les oscilloscopes, les multimètres et les alimentations électriques.
- Connaissance approfondie des normes de communication sans fil
- Compréhension des blocs de construction du matériel analogique/numérique

Our Exciting Opportunity:
The Ericsson Radio Product Team is responsible for all aspects of development for the next generation of wireless base stations: systemization, design, integration, and verification of multi-standard radios to create new capabilities and satisfy customer needs.
If you are selected for this position, you will work as part of the Radio Product Systems and Integration team, which does hardware and software design and integrates them to validate the functionality and performance of new radio products.
What you will do:
- Work in a tight collaborative group focused on designing, testing and troubleshooting new hardware/software Radios to ensure that the overall product can meet its functional and performance requirements
- Lead taskforces and technical teams during the design and integration of radio products
- Connect multiple digital & analog radio frequency (RF) designs into a product prototype
- Be responsible for the functional and performance integration of new products
- Develop calibration and performance optimization procedures
- Define test coverage required for product integration
- Implement test automation and validation methods using scripting in python or MATLAB
- Analyze results, drive product design updates, identify potential system design shortcomings, and influence future designs
- Perform statistical analysis of measurement data
The skills you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in programs specialized in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering or a related field.
- Experience with 3GPP standards
- Strong troubleshooting acumen
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong team and interpersonal skills
- Strong object-oriented programming skills (Python, C++ an asset)
- Scripting skills in MATLAB are an asset
- RF Engineering skills are an asset
- Energy and drive to thrive in a dynamic product development environment
- Proficient English skills, both written and spoken
Other useful skills:
- Experience with lab equipment including spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power supplies
- Proficient knowledge of wireless communication standards
- Understanding of analog/digital hardware building blocks
