As a JAVA Architect at our Noida location, you will play a key role in crafting innovative and scalable solutions that integrate Java and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) technologies. This position requires a top-tier professional with a strong background in High-Level Design (HLD) and a deep understanding of both Java and AI/ML domains. You will be responsible for designing end-to-end technical solutions that meet customer needs and chip in to the overall success of Ericsson.
What you will do 
•    Lead the definition and crafting of solution offerings, focusing on end-to-end technical solutions that incorporate Java and AI/ML technologies.
•    Conduct thorough analysis of customer technology, define business requirements, and actively participate in risk analysis.
•    Collaborate with multi-functional teams to generate potential activities and innovative solutions.
•    Develop comprehensive technical presentations and proposals, delivering compelling insights during customer presentations.
•    Provide valuable feedback to management to enhance solution quality and overall performance.
•    Actively participate in knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharing within the team.
•    Stay abreast of new technologies and advancements in Java and AI/ML domains, sharing relevant insights to cultivate team competence.
•    Drive the development of balanced and reusable solutions.
•    Take ownership of High-Level Design (HLD) activities, ensuring the delivery of robust architectural solutions.
You will bring 
•    Minimum 4 years into Core JAVA, CSS, Jscript, HTML, Python with basic understanding about Django. Testing and quality analyst skills are not required.
•    Strong background in High-Level Design (HLD) activities, Only Design and architect profile is required.
•    Proficiency in Java programming language and practical experience in implementing AI/ML solutions.
•    In-depth understanding of end-to-end technical solutions, including E2E, Network Optimization/Network Design & Network Operations.
•    Familiarity with different Telecom services and one or more ITIL processes: Fault, Problem, Configuration, Performance, Service Management.
•    Intermediate competence in testing tools, such as Selenium or equivalent.
•    Minimum of 7-12 years of proven experience into automation-Enable Java, python, pyspark, UI Path, Pyspark
