Ericsson is seeking an experienced and visionary Global Project Manager to drive the implementation of End-to-End (E2E) test environments that will revolutionize 5G and 6G architecture.
About the Role:


As a Global Project Manager at Ericsson, you will play a pivotal role in designing and deploying comprehensive test environments essential for validating our groundbreaking 5G and 6G technologies. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, innovate in a dynamic environment, and contribute to shaping the future of global connectivity.


Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, design, and implementation of E2E test environments for 5G and 6G networks, ensuring they meet Ericsson's high standards of quality and efficiency.
Collaborate with global teams, including R&D, engineering, and IT, to define testing requirements and specifications.
Oversee the integration of various testing components and technologies to create seamless and scalable test environments.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful and timely delivery of test environments.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within Ericsson.


Qualifications:
Proven experience in project management, with a focus on telecommunications or related fields.
In-depth understanding of 5G and 6G technologies and network architecture.
Strong knowledge and experience with the implementation of test environments and related technologies.
Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
