We are actively seeking a dedicated and analytical Project Planner to join our dynamic team at Ericsson. The successful candidate will effectively support our Customer Project Managers in executing the Fulfillment Assignment Specifications (FAS), ensuring successful project outcomes. This role calls for a commitment to compliance with group directives, legal and financial directives, global and local Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety (E+OHS), data security and privacy principles, and a mindfulness towards employing relevant approved processes and tools.
What you will do:- Administer Project Library, Project Planning Tools, and associated data with a focus on timely, accurate reporting of project status and thorough document version control.
- Support in managing Supplier Payments by estimating, tracking, and regulating payment schedules.
- Secure effective execution of the Fulfillment Assignment Specifications (FAS).
- Uphold strict compliance to group directives, legal and financial directives, and global and local E+OHS policies.
- Safeguard data security and privacy principles with extreme diligence.
- Utilize approved processes and tools to optimize efficiency.
