We are seeking enthusiastic and innovative graduates to join our team as RF System Engineers. In this role, you will be involved in the analysis, optimization, and verification of RF system performance, ensuring exceptional product performance in various application scenarios.

What you will do:

• Participate in the analysis and decomposition of RF system performance requirements, supporting system design and planning.
• Be responsible for testing and evaluating RF system performance metrics, including power, sensitivity, bandwidth, throughput, etc.
• Assist in developing and executing system-level performance testing plans, including data collection and result analysis.
• Use RF testing equipment (such as spectrum analyzers, signal generators, network analyzers, etc.) for system debugging and validation.
• Analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks, propose improvement suggestions, and assist in implementing optimizations.
• Write relevant test reports and technical documentation to support the product development process.
• Collaborate with design, hardware, software, and other relevant teams to drive project progress.

The skills you bring:

• Master's degree or above in Communication Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Microwave Engineering, or a related field.
• Understanding of wireless communication principles and basic knowledge of RF systems.
• Familiarity with basic operation and data analysis of RF testing equipment.
• Strong ability to learn, problem-solve, and analyze logically.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior internship or project experience in wireless communication or RF testing.
• Familiarity with wireless communication standards such as LTE/NR (5G).
