About this opportunity
**This is iPECS position**
We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Product Manager to help evolve the iPECS cloud communications platform into an AI-powered interaction platform across voice and digital channels. You will own meaningful product areas, collaborate with global teams, and turn customer needs into impactful product experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for assigned product areas.
- Lead the product lifecycle from customer discovery through launch and continuous improvement.
- Translate customer and partner needs into clear requirements, user stories, and a value-driven backlog.
- Work with UX, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to drive agile delivery and make product trade-offs.
- Use data, metrics, and AI-enabled tools to improve outcomes and support product decisions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in software, SaaS, cloud, or related industries.
- Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills, with high ownership and adaptability.
- Strong customer focus and practical problem-solving skills.
- Agile experience in product management or development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with UCaaS, CCaaS, telecom, or communication-related products.
- Experience with AI-enabled products, cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, or B2B SaaS.
- Solid technical fluency and experience collaborating closely with Engineering.
