About this opportunity:
We are seeking for a talented individual to join Ericsson as an Integration Engineer Intern. As an Integration Engineer intern your scope of work may include projects related to the introduction, upgrade, expansion, functionality, and capacity management. In particular this role is focused on supporting a change project of the EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) tool from RA to Oversite. If you are adept at handling diverse responsibilities and working collaboratively, we invite you to apply.
What you will do:
• Understand the client's needs for the EHS part
• Commercial analysis and delivery impact assessment
• Identification of gaps between the client's needs and group tools
• Meetings with the Business Area BNEW for alignment on the final solution
• Writing the introduction of the tool for various subcontractors and the internal team
• Support FBAT during implementation
• Testing and feedback
• Continuous improvement loop
The skills you bring:
• Education in engineering school or equivalent, with a specialization in commercial and pre-sales engineering
• Telecom knowledge is a plus
• Knowledge of Ericsson processes
• Mastery of pre-sales theory, particularly SWOT
• Good organizational skills
• Good communication skills
• Microsoft Office 365 knowledge
• Management of tool/process changes
• High level of English (reading/writing/speaking)
• High level of French (reading/writing/speaking)
Duration of internship: 3 months
