About this opportunity:

Ericsson is looking for a Head of Project Management West Hub for Service Line (SL) Business and Operations Systems (BOS) for Market Area Middle East and Africa (MMEA).This role will be reporting to the Head of SL BOS Program Management for MMEA under BOS Delivery Excellence. Role is opened in Egypt. Final location, however, will be assessed across all MMEA countries

What you will do:

•    Lead BOS Delivery Fulfilment in MMEA West Hub, and Project Managers (CPM).
•    People Manager of own unit and a Leader across matrixed organization to CPMs and Contract Fulfilment Responsible (CFR).
•    Set Individual Performance and Development goals for members with regular check-ins.
•    Responsible for team dimensioning; and Cost Center Responsible to deliver over-Absorption target and required Utilization/Billability.
•    Accountable for the delivery of Services (scope, cost, quality, and time).
•    Responsible for competence management and upskilling of their community to serve business needs.
•    Define and drive SI and ADM Execution adherence model with Service Delivery Tools, Process & Methods.
•    Accountable for overall resource forecasting and planning; and achieving right-shoring targets. 
•    Accountable Services Financial Planning, Forecasting, and Landing across West Hub with partnership with BOS CU Delivery and CSS CUs.
•    Drive a Knowledge Sharing and Asset building culture across CPM/CFR community. 
•    Drive Live Node Activity (LNA) Adherence in CPM community.
•    Instill a culture for add on sales and customer value maximization.
•    A champion for Compliance and the application of the Detailed Application Guidelines. 
•    Services Profitability Improvement focus through cost control, change management, quality adherence, and Automation.
•    Revenue realization based on committed timelines and in line with financial forecasts.
•    Works closely with the BOS CU Delivery Units to drive BOS Services Delivery. 
•    Single Point of Accountability/Escalation for SL BOS service delivery issues.
•    Accountable to review and sign-off on Solution Responsible and Fulfilment responsible artifacts during Pre-sales

The skills you bring:

•    8+ years of experience in Telecom/Systems Integration, ADM and Operations driving sophisticated programs and operations with a strong delivery track record; of which 7+ years in leadership role.
•    University degree in ICT/Engineering. Graduate degree such as an MBA is a plus. 
•    Strong People Manager track record leading Senior Team members.
•    Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional highly matrixed and globally distributed teams.
•    Mandatory certifications: PMP and Program Director GIAP certification (for internal hire)
•    In depth knowledge of different SDLC methodologies including Agile
•    In depth knowledge and experience in project management and governance frameworks
•    Expert level in Digital Transformation for OSS/BSS and surrounding Domains. 
•    Strong consultative, presentation, and communication skills
•    Proven track record to deliver results within a time sensitive and high-pressure environment. 
•    Highly proficient collaboration skills
•    Solid ability to communicate effectively at executive levels.
•    In-depth knowledge of running Organizational and Program level Governance.
•    Fluent in English
