Front End Developer for Mastering Threat Detection in Telco Networks

Ericsson Security Manager provides unique security orchestration and management coupled with powerful security analytics. Security Manager is an essential part of evolved networks where security functions, policies and related configurations are dynamically deployed and adjusted across multi-vendor domains. It is a virtualized security solution (based on cloud native technologies and microservices) designed for end-to end infrastructure and application-level security management in 5G and further telecommunication deployments.

· We are looking for someone with strong background (5+ years of experience working with teams) in web based front end development and optionally Python back-end development who cares about well-crafted software.

What you will do

· Design, implement and review user interface software based on UX requirement specifications for the Ericsson Security Manager software, mainly based on TypeScript, React and GraphQL.

· Participate as a dedicated team member in the everyday teamwork and collaborate closely with your colleagues in a global environment.

· Analyze, design, and implement product improvements to secure long-term quality and architecture for our software products.

· You will be working along with highly skilled engineers and interact within internal and external partners.

You will bring

· Solid experience in JavaScript and/or TypeScript languages

· Experience with JavaScript frameworks, especially React

· Experience in software development, and agile practices

· Experience in API design and usage

· Experience in automated End-to-end testing (Cypress, Selenium)

· Good communication skills in written and spoken English

· Plus for experience in Python and back end development

· Plus for experience in microservice design and development

· Big plus for security domain knowledge
