About the Opportunity

 

Join our Radio Electronics Engineering team in Tallin, Estonia, where you'll play a critical role in supporting and coordinating repair activities across our organization. This position offers the opportunity to develop and improve troubleshooting processes, mentor team members, and collaborate with local and global stakeholders to reduce troubleshooting time and enhance repair solutions. You'll be at the forefront of driving continuous improvement in our ways of working and technical capabilities.

 

 

What You Will Do

 

  • Execute troubleshooting and repair activities on NPI production units and boards according to established responsibility matrices
  • Perform comprehensive fault diagnosis and repair of Claim/HWS units, including RCO/RIR control verification
  • Escalate complex technical issues to Product Engineers with detailed diagnostic information and support
  • Contribute to the creation and refinement of troubleshooting guidance and documentation
  • Share repair improvement solutions with the TRSH team to streamline workflows and processes
  • Conduct repair buffer analysis to optimize repair cycle times and resource allocation
  • Provide technical support to the Repair & Troubleshooting team in fault finding, tool selection, and measurement activities

 

 

What You Will Bring

 

  • Higher education degree in Electronics, or 2-3 years of professional work experience in the electronics field (radio electronics experience preferred)
  • Comprehensive understanding of electronic circuits and circuit analysis
  • Proficiency in operating diagnostic instruments such as oscilloscope, signal generator, vector network analyzer, and spectrum analyzer
  • Demonstrated ability to perform electronic troubleshooting at both software and hardware levels
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional, global teams
