About this opportunity:
The Customer Project Manager leads diverse multi-disciplined teams to deliver Ericsson’s AI transformational solutions to CSPs; can be counted on to execute successfully; is bottom-line oriented; steadfastly pushes self and others for results. He/She is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of customers in scope; gets first-hand customer information and uses it for improvements in products and services; making customers and their needs a paramount focus of engagement actions; takes ownership and is committed; establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect. The CPM cultivates a collaborative medium, working with Sales, DevOps, R&D and vendors to drive engagement success throughout the lifecycle of challenging projects. Our colleague inspires and motivates his/her team, leads through change and adversity, makes the tough call when needed, builds consensus when appropriate, motivates and encourages others.
What you will do

  • Lead team during project lifecycle; provide project management, leadership and oversight to project and/or work streams. Provide performance feedback to management and team members. May also lead a team within a program to lead migration planning, scheduling and execution.
  • Prepares detailed project plans of an engagement within the standards of project management methodologies. Reviews and validates statement of work (SOW). Categorizes requirements into a project plan detailing schedules, controls, resources, costs and daily tasks. Prepare risk and remediation plan. Responsible for creating one team approach, goals and milestones within a project to ensure Ericsson's commitments to the customer are achieved. Adheres to established standards, processes, and methods to produce solutions that conform to requirements. Strives for, maintains and further develops excellence in processes and services. 
  • Establishes project governance. Responsible for the delivery and daily management of activities, which are coordinated with Ericsson employees or Partner Resources. Works with Resource Management on project staffing. Accountable for delivering projects on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of the customer and sales. Holds responsibility for achieving the Ericsson Bar of Excellence as the highest level of Customer Satisfaction. 
  • Controls the financial compliance. Completes weekly and quarterly forecasts of revenue and utilization. Prepares estimated time to complete, manages back-log. Manages the cost budget and the impact of change requests on cost budget. Responsible for correct invoicing. Follows and executes Ericsson's revenue recognition rules and policies. 
  • Responsible for Quality Assurance; ensure project is delivered to scope defined within SOW and ensure any deviations are processed via defined Change Control process. Participates in customer discussions regarding budget, risk and impact of changes. Communicates to all Ericsson concerned parties any existing or potential customer escalation issues. Proactively follows the Ericsson escalation and change control process. 
  • Actively contribute to the account planning process and CSP transformation governance journey.

You will bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Business Informatics
  • 10+ years of Project Management experience
  • Technical Knowledge of Mobile Networks and RAN optimization 
  • Customer Oriented and advanced problem-solving skills
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Financial and analytical experience
  • Proven Risk-Management ability
  • Experienced in subcontractor/partner Control
  • Capable of leading through other PMs
  • Ability to work across multiple countries and time zones within MMEA
  • PMP/Prince2 Certified

Echo Jobs has been exceptional in my job hunt where it provides one platform to job hunt and I don't have to open 10 websites just to look for a job. It has also helped me focus much on the job skill and the location filtering out the onsite jobs and remote ones. The only feature that I would request is to display fully remote jobs that are not restricted to a country since the one available shows ie, Remote, US yet. But if it could show remote only, that would be helpful not only to me but to other people applying for full remote and not tied to only US candidates

Simply put, it's the most up to date tech jobs aggregator I’ve found. I'm like... "I don't have to check 10+ jobs boards daily just to see if there's a new job listing? sign me up!" The filters are also quite helpful! The UI is very clean and straightforward. Love it!
