If you have the passion for finding solutions and stabilizing issues, the prowess to work with data-driven solutions, deep knowledge of products, customer networks, and evolving technology, and an aptitude for handling operational and technical issues for dedicated customers or domains, we invite you to apply. This role demands a sharp and proactive problem-solver, thorough with established processes and Service Level Agreements, who seeks to provide support and prevent faults through vigilance, initiative and effective communication.
What you will do
- Handle customer issues and provide dedicated support.
- Fix and resolve problems to stabilize and optimize customer networks.
- Work with assigned CSR tickets, using support tools according to global support processes and procedures.
- Troubleshoot & Analyze Key performance indicators, call flow and traffic degradation scenarios of Radio access networks such as 2G, 3G, 4G & 5G
- Work, collaborate, and communicate in an international environment, both with colleagues internally as well as customers and suppliers of Ericsson.
- Emergency Support handling can be encouraged in the longer run.
- You may have the opportunity to travel internationally and work in different cultural environments.
The Skills You Bring
To be successful in the role you must have
- BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Comprehension of RAN Technologies (2G/3G/4G/5G)
- Arabic and English proficiency both verbal and written, is required.
- Delivering results & meeting customer expectations
- Planning & organization skills & communication skills
- Committed to growth and continuous learning.
- Inquisitiveness and problem-solving abilities
It would be a plus if you have:
- Any previous experience in supporting RAN products (2G/3G/4G/5G)
- C++, Python knowledge and familiarity with Cloud platforms is an advantage.
