EquipmentShare is Hiring a Project Manager - Advanced Solutions (Pump, Power & HVAC)
EquipmentShare is searching for a Project Manager to support our Phoenix, AZ Advanced Solutions team as it continues to grow.
Primary Responsibilities
- Supporting the executive team with data and analytics of the designated region.
- Managing reports while tracking analytics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Additionally, this role involves building new educational training materials for regional leadership.
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
- Able to coordinate multiple projects at a high level of accuracy and speed.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Answers incoming Slacks, responds to emails and voicemails as needed.
- Manages complex travel plans, high-priority meetings, and sensitive appointment booking for senior leadership.
- Daily verification of receipts as needed.
- Prepares meeting materials and schedules as necessary.
- Manage team and help set up distribution on power and air projects.
- Manage and design customer projects by doing job walks for emergency and temporary rental events.
- Help train new technicians on install and repair of rental equipment.

Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Experience and technical ability on generator power of HVAC units.
- Proficient in Google Suite (Sheets/Docs/Gmail)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Technical ability with Generator, Chiller or HVAC units to help diagnose or repair units.
- Ability to work independently and without much supervision.
- Must be available to work 40+ hours/week (M-F)

Willing to travel to other regions to help aid in installs or management of projects.Must be willing to travel 30-50% of the time helping in installations of events and large projects.
