EquipmentShare is searching for an Engineering Program Manager for Advanced Solutions. We are looking for solutions driven individuals with either temporary pump, generator and/or HVAC applications experience.

We’re seeking Engineering Program Managers for the Advanced Solutions sector. The selected candidate must be able to read and understand engineering drawings and design solutions that meet the requirements of the customer on temporary applications. The candidate must have operational experience to ensure profitable revenue on each project with multi-area locations and a desire to establish, grow and nurture an ever-growing customer base. 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Design solutions for customers based on engineering drawings and physical job walks
  • Project management oversight of key initiatives and related projects 
  • Work collaboratively with EquipmentShare sales team members to build and nurture existing customer relationships
  • Present and demonstrate the benefits of EquipmentShare’s capabilities to various customer audiences (Business Development) 
  • Trade Show support 
  • Serve as an expert and advocate for the EquipmentShare technology
  • Provide technical support internally and externally for our advanced panels and controls
  • Assist in the development of fleet deployment to ensure the correct fleet mix for the verticals served in each market
  • Create and execute special projects including automation and telemetry
  • Travel, as needed, to meet the needs of the customer and local branch.

Our Engineering Program Managers will receive a base salary plus quarterly incentives and a competitive benefits package.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or related-field experience 
  • 5+ years experience in multi-unit field operational/sales role 
  • 5+ years experience in either HVAC, pumps AND/OR generators
  • 5+ years experience interpreting engineered drawings 
  • Strong leadership skills and a record of assisting customers with specialized needs 
  • Working knowledge of computers and Google suite of programs
  • Ability to create and present presentations to various levels of decision-makers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel as required (around 50%-75% of the time)
  • Must have initiative and creativity to be able to provide new ideas to help grow the team and the company
  • The ability to recognize the need for change and ability to execute
  • Experience in strategic planning, logistics and execution
