The Technology Rotational Development Program (RDP) is a 2 year formalized training with rotations in a Site Reliability Engineer role. Looking for highly motivated students with strong collaboration and communication skills to solve critical business problems and enhance the product performance of our company.

This role is based out of our Alpharetta, Georgia location and requires being in the office 3 days/week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

This role is NOT approved to hire candidates who will require sponsorship to be legally authorized to work in the United States now or in the future.


What you will do

  • 24-month rotational program with 8-month rotations in U.S. Information Solutions (USIS) Technology (B2B) organization as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE / Build it, Run it, Own it)

  • Ability to gain experience by cross-training in the various areas within the U.S. Information Solutions (USIS) Technology organization and other key related functions.

  • Formalized training and development throughout the rotational program .Opportunity for in-depth learning about cloud technologies, and our products, customers, and business.

  • This role is perfect for someone who loves digging into technical challenges, automation tasks, and ensuring our systems run smoothly. 

  • Work in a DevSecOps environment contributing to build and run of small scale and fault-tolerant systems. Assist with the creation of new tools and scripts for auto-remediation of incidents.

  • Work closely with development and operations teams assisting in building highly available and cost effective systems. Participate in measuring and monitoring system impairments and outages.

  • Assist the cloud operations team in resolving system issues. You will get exposure to Senior Leadership.


What experience you will need

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or equivalent field.

  • Completion of courses in May 2025
  • 1 year of experience in any programming language such as Python, Java, GO, Groovy, Bash, JavaScript or other modern programming languages.

  • 1 year of experience with Linux/Unix systems and networking concepts( TCP/IP, DNS etc.).

  • Experience with Jenkins, CIDC pipelines, JMeter and Git Repo
