Software Engineer - Intermediate

Salesforce L2 Support

• Document, discuss and resolve business, data, and reporting issues within the team, across multiple functional teams, and with business stakeholders.

• Resolve escalated service requests regarding data and CRM Systems.

• Manage basic system administration, modify page layouts, generate reports and dashboards, fields, ensure backups function correctly, and perform other routine tasks.

• Manage user and license information, including new user setup/deactivation and creating roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups.

• Debug & analyze the errors/issues that users are experiencing.

What experience you need :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data management, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3+ years of work experience, including 1+ year of experience working directly with Salesforce orgs

• Experience implementing and developing in Apex, Visualforce.

• Strong attention to detail, and superior organizational skills

• Highly organized; able to effectively prioritize and balance multiple efforts; detail-oriented

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to simplify and summarize complex topics. Ability to be an active participant in various meetings

• Advance knowledge of MS office Suite like Documents, Excel etc.

• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities

• Driven, friendly, approachable attitude

• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly

• Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide services.

• Experience with tools like Data Loader or Salesforce Inspector etc. 

• Utilize Data Loader/DataLoader.io and Excel to conduct data clean ups, data uploads, and expediting of sales processes.

• Valid Cloud Certification is Mandatory
