  • Partner directly with stakeholders across Customer Experience, Support, Revenue Operations, and Finance to gather requirements and understand business objectives.
  • Translate business needs into meaningful reporting solutions and data-driven recommendations.
  • Advise stakeholders on data definitions, reporting capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
  • Monitor and maintain data quality, ensuring reporting accuracy and consistency across business domains.
  • Manage scheduled dataset refreshes and proactively troubleshoot refresh failures and data discrepancies.

  • Track work, priorities, and deliverables through Jira while following established development processes.
  • Utilize Git and version control best practices to manage data warehouse and reporting assets.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support the modernization and documentation of legacy reporting processes and systems.
  • Gradually assume ownership of reporting domains and business areas as expertise grows.

About You

  • Strong curiosity about business performance and a desire to understand the context behind metrics and reporting requirements.
  • Working proficiency in SQL, including joins, aggregations, subqueries, and common analytical querying techniques.
  • Experience building dashboards, reports, and visualizations using a business intelligence platform, preferably Power BI.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling concepts, including fact and dimension structures and dimensional modeling principles.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable data and reporting solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
