Enveda is looking for a Senior Research Associate to join our team in Hyderabad, India.
The contribution you will make:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated “Senior Research Associate” specialized in studies to join our DMPK department as a Bioanalyst. As a key member of our research team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our drug discovery programs by conducting bioanalytical assays to assess draggability and/or pharmacokinetics profiles of NCE’s.

You will collaborate closely/report to Director, ADME.

You get to collaborate on:

  • Independently operate and maintain the instrument and be sufficiently skilled to troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • Develop, optimize and validate bioanalytical methods for the quantitative analysis of the small molecules for DMPK research samples obtained in vitro ADME studies and in vivo PK and tissue distribution studies using LC-MS/MS.
  • Analyze and interpret bioanalytical data, ensuring accuracy, precision and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including medicinal chemists and pharmacologists to provide bioanalytical support.
  • Prior planning of the workload and execution plans to provide the prioritized data and address issues related to bioanalytical concerns.

Who will thrive in this role?

  • Master’s in Pharmaceutical sciences, Analytical chemistry or a related field with experience in DMPK department.
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical Industry preferably in DMPK/Drug Discovery bioanalytical department.
  • Hands-on experience in bioanalytical method development and sample analysis using LC-MSMS and HPLC.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and contribute to a dynamic research environment.
