QA Manual Test Engineer

Location: Latin America - Remote

We are seeking a QA Manual Test Engineer to validate end-to-end product quality across Enumerate’s web applications and payments workflows. The QA Manual Test Engineer will work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure release readiness through structured test planning, exploratory testing, and regression validation. This role will contribute to building repeatable QA processes in an AI-forward environment, where engineers use tools like CursorAI to accelerate development — making strong attention to detail, reproducibility, and communication critical.

This is a remote role, but applicants must be located in Latin America.

Key Project Responsibilities 

• Create, execute, and maintain detailed test cases and test plans for web applications. 
• Perform functional, regression, UI/UX, negative, and integration testing across features.  
• Validate behavior of workflows related to web applications, accounting, AR/AP payments, and user permissions.  
• Document defects with clear reproduction steps, evidence, and severity classification.  
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to clarify acceptance criteria.  
• Participate in test-readiness reviews and sign-off for production releases.  
• Communicate test progress, risks, and defects in a structured and objective manner.

Required Qualifications 

• Hands-on experience performing manual QA on web applications.  
• Strong skills in writing comprehensive test cases and defect reports.  
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar QA platforms.  
• Ability to reason about complex workflows (financial, multi-step, or data-driven).  
• Experience testing REST APIs at a basic validation level (via Postman or similar).  
• Comfortable working independently in remote, fast-paced, project-driven teams.  

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience with SaaS products in Fintech, payments, or enterprise workflow systems.  
• Familiarity with CI/CD release rhythms and agile delivery cadences.  
• Exposure to testing in environments where AI-assisted coding tools accelerate development.  
• Understanding of secure data-handling expectations in finance or compliance-related domains.
