Marketing Project Manager

Responsibilities will include

• Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets for marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather project requirements and ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage stakeholder expectations with clarity and tact, utilizing knowledge and context of how teams work, bandwidth, competing initiatives, etc.
• Help track project progress and update stakeholders on status and any potential risks.
• Support in managing relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring timely delivery of project components.
• Contribute to post-project evaluations and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in optimizing marketing processes and workflows in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain clear and organized documentation of project-related communications and materials.
• Support the implementation of project management methodologies to enhance efficiency.
• Uphold brand standards and guidelines across marketing materials and campaigns.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in a marketing or project coordination role.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or ClickUp.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship or coursework in project management or marketing.
• Basic understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working with various branches of marketing teams/functions (eg. demand generation, web dev, creative, events, product marketing, sales, etc. 
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
