Key Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ / SteelBrick
- 8+ years of overall IT experience with strong CPQ experience
- Excellent understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) / Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Product configuration and product rules
- Pricing rules, discounting and advanced pricing
- Approval workflows and approval rules
- Quote templates and document generation
- Contract lifecycle management and renewals
- Sales Cloud / Salesforce Revenue Cloud / Billing
- Subscription management and recurring billing
- Experience with Order Management and Revenue Lifecycle
- Technical exposure to Apex, LWC, APIs and Salesforce integrations
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and CPQ architecture
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Manage the complete Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, including Quote → Order → Billing.
- Configure products, product rules, pricing rules, discounting and approval processes.
- Develop and maintain CPQ quoting, pricing, contract and quote-template solutions.
- Implement contract amendments, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, upsell and cross-sell processes.
- Work on Salesforce Revenue Cloud / Billing and related revenue lifecycle processes.
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into scalable CPQ solutions.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Architects, QA and development teams.
- Design integrations between Salesforce CPQ and downstream/upstream enterprise systems.
- Provide technical guidance on Apex, LWC, APIs and integration solutions where required.
- Participate in solution design, development, testing, UAT and production releases.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing enhancements and support.
- Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, scalability and maintainability standards.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical design and code reviews.
