The Role: 

Are you an experienced Advanced Deposition Materials (ADM) engineering leader looking for an exciting new management opportunity? Entegris is seeking a Senior Fab Technology & Engineering Manager to join our team. You will lead and manage a team of Fab Process Technology Engineers and Fab Equipment Service Engineers in Korea working directly with our customers to enable fab technology advancement through progressive adoptions of Entegris Solutions across existing and new CVD and ALD applications.  You will be partnering with our Sales and Businesses teams, internal development teams (Product Solutions Scientists, Materials Solutions Engineers), and our Quality and Manufacturing teams to lead the process development and adoption of innovation Entegris ADM solutions which solve our customers' most challenging technical needs. To be successful in this role, you must be a purposeful driver, highly analytical, and a committed problem solver, with the ability to communicate effectively and work across functions.  You will need proficient business acumen with strategic and logical thinking skills to lead and influence the solution development strategy across various strategic customer sites, and capable driving internal solutions maturity progress to meet customer timeline. 

In this role you will: 

• Manage field service engineering operations to ensure seamless ADM delivery solutions and equipment service including tool maintenance, trouble shooting and CIP implementations at customer sites. 

• Utilize knowledge of semiconductor CVD/ALD process module and device integration to interpret the customer requirements and clearly define problem statement which requires appropriate solution and work cross-functionally to develop winning Customer Adoption strategy. 

• Develop customer insights roadmap through opportunity uncovering to clearly communicate to internal R&D and Business Development teams on future ADM application requirements and customer NPI needs for existing and new technology nodes; maintain POR/DOR competitive landscape mapping to drive internal strategic planning and actions. 

• Work with multi-functional teams to understand and influence customer engagement and internal process development strategy to meet critical timelines. 

• Lead team to prioritize, plan, and execute sales pipeline opportunities to customer qualification and HVM stages aligning to annual and long-range plan business goals. 

• Lead team to prepare and present Entegris solutions data packages (including CVD/ALD precursor chemistries, ampoules/canisters, liquid delivery systems and solid-state delivery cabinets) that define the solution and then promote to the customer through regular technical exchange and review meetings. 

• Grow and develop team with knowledge about leading-edge CVD/ALD technology, applications, and solutions; expand capabilities beyond ADM collaborating with other Fab Tech teams. 

Traits we believe make a strong candidate: 

• Bachelor's degree in STEM field (e.g., chemistry, material science, chemical engineering, or related field) is required. Advanced degree (master’s or PhD) is highly preferred. 

• 10+ years or more of experience as in deposition, CVD or equipment engineer in a semiconductor fab or in a Material supplier/OEM company. 

• Experience with Delivery systems as well as CVD and ALD precursor materials. 

• Ability to connect with customers and build sustainable relationships through close collaboration and high value problem solving credibility. 

• Ability to lead, influence, and motivate a team of highly skilled Fab Technology and Service Engineers. 

• Ability to set clear expectations and deliverables to team and drive progress towards goals. 

• Proven capability to translate complex and ambiguous information into a clear vision and plan to lead cross functional team execution. 

• Proven ability to work on complex projects in a team environment and lead the development of engineering solutions and successfully adopted at customer sites. 

• Critical and systematic thinking in developing solutions to a complex problem, upbeat and capable of contributing both as an individual and part of a highly interdependent team. 

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.  Secondary language is a plus. 

• Passion for knowing “how things work at customer sites” and tenacious in finding answers. 

• Highly motivated and committed to continuous learning; Ability to rapidly switch focus and be adaptable to change. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows environment - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft office 365.
