The Role:
Our site in Chaska, MN is seeking a Reliability Engineer Co-Op to join our team for the Fall 2026 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration, beginning in June through December.

In this role, you will focus on improving current processes and contributing to the development of future processes to support the continued growth and success of the Facilities & Maintenance group.

What You’ll Do:

• Support current capital project execution and involved with developing department capital roadmap

• Involved with continued group efforts in developing system for equipment spare parts

• Develop and test equipment Vibration/Temp monitoring system

• Assist with site sustainability goals through equipment metric studies

• Leverage current maintenance module in SAP for maintenance metric reporting and PM accuracy

• Recommend improvement processes within the Facilities & Maintenance department

Maintenance Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering

Desired years of graduation: 2026 thru 2028

Eligibility:

• Must be a currently enrolled student

• Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in mid-May/June through August/September.

• Must be familiar with the university’s requirements to participate in a co-op program

Compensation: $20-$30/hour range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
