Key Responsibilities

• As a Senior DevOps Engineer you will be a team player responsible for engineering and developing Automation for Infrastructure products using python, ansible, PowerShell etc. 
• Self Initiatives and vetting of requirements gathered and collaborating with the team and defining/confirming scope of work and actively take part in designing and developing automation on large or complex client projects.
• Ability and willingness to proactively improve ways of working, automation and processes via our continual improvement Kanban board.
• Should take responsibility in testing code and documentation.
• Ensuring clients & partners are updated on the current status of work and challenges.
• Follow agile based planning and work process.

Skills and Experience

• 8+ years’ experience as DevOps Solution Engineer for Private/Public Cloud Infrastructure environments.
• Hands on Excellent experience on developing Django/REST framework using Python. 
• Expertise in Python framework for development.
• Experience of building , developing and maintaining end-to-end automation using automation and configuration management tools (e.g. Terraform and Ansible/AAP). 
• Scripting ability in one or more of PowerShell, Bash, Perl
  Experience of using Git for version control useful
• Experience of Jenkins or other CI/CD pipeline technology useful or can be gained.
• Basic Experience of working with or supporting containerized environments (ECS/EKS/Kubernetes/Docker)
• Knowledge on infrastructure products like VMware products, Storage Products (NAS/SAN), Networking concepts.
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in an ITIL environment beneficial.
• Desire to continually grow, develop and improve.
