What You Will Do:

As the Field CTO, you will be responsible for channeling the client experiences of Ensono services to Ensono’s Product Organization, thereby positively transforming our processes, people, technology and culture.  You will focus on the quality of the client’s experience at all levels, and act as a true client advocate, ensuring the client’s voice is heard in all functions and activities. 

You will incorporate Ensono services into recommendations that have genuine value for our clients and work with individual teams and Global Delivery and Capability leads to define and deliver the contracted services and projects.  Ensono services provide a broad range of technologies to be leveraged by our clients such as:  

  • Mainframe and IBMi Technology and Services 
  • Private Cloud and Distributed Technology and Services 
  • AWS, Azure, and Google Public Cloud Technology and Services 
  • Growing list of AI and Predictive Analytics Technology and Services  
  • Digital Services including Application Development  

 

Client Engagement

  • Establish working relationships with client executives and thereby understand client business priorities and IT needs 
  • Participate in client IT planning activities, collaborate with client leaders at all levels, and provide insights regarding opportunities regardless of whether they relate directly to Ensono opportunities 

Solution Development

  • Participate in the development of both standard and custom technology solutions to meet specific client requirements including pricing and commercial modeling.  
  • Provide deep technical expertise during client presentations and discussions. 

Collaboration

  • Work with Ensono product management to improve the performance of Ensono services, generate and demonstrate greater value and consistently contribute to improving client satisfaction. 
  • Stay focused on application scenarios and use cases while planning innovations and considering future technologies. 
  • Participate with solution architects in solution design by providing detailed alignment to client outcomes 
  • Support solution delivery managers (SDMs) through client executive relationship influence   

Technical Evangelism 

  • Actively promote the company's technology solutions to clients and the broader industry. 
  • Participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to showcase expertise and thought leadership. 
  • Establish industry ecosystem partnerships to enhance Ensono’s service portfolio in partnership with Product and broaden the range of client outcomes delivered 
  • Participate in Ensono strategic business planning, service excellence and improvement and applied innovation programs, to incorporate client experience into Ensono improvement and strategic initiatives. 

Operational Oversight

  • Oversee the implementation of technological solutions to ensure they meet client expectations. 
  • Monitor the performance and effectiveness of deployed solutions and make necessary adjustments.

What You Will Need:  

  • Client Executive Communications: The ability to gain access and demonstrate Ensono’s value with our Client’s CIO, COO, CFO, and VP level executives.   “Real world” knowledge of IT technologies including platform, business applications, digital services, and integrations.
  • Experience combining these areas of expertise to address the client’s key IT and business challenges, focus areas and business objectives, and can specify business value from the client’s perspective. This role requires an intimate understanding of client behaviors, drivers and values through data analytics, qualitative means, living the client’s life, plus virtual and in person social interactions. 

 Especially desirable are candidates with experience in one of the following:

  • Client/Go to Market verticals, including a thorough understanding of the latest technological trends.  Candidates should have proven and demonstratable experiences of consultative selling by fostering executive relationships, demonstrating thought leadership, and communications with CIO, COO, CFO, and Vice Presidents. 
  • Insurance Industry experience

In addition to the above, the ideal candidate will have the following specific skills and experience: 

  • Extensive industry experience aligned with client industry, preferably in a senior leader role 
  • Ability to gain access and build trust and communicate effectively with senior leaders 
  • Broad knowledge of IT technologies including mainframe, cloud, networking, storage, application development, security, and industry relevant SaaS applications 
  • Experience as technical lead for a major technology implementation or technical project / program  
  • Experience with process and experience improvement initiatives, providing feedback, and measuring results 
  • Broad range of experience with industry ecosystems players 
  • Bachelor's degree in a technology related field or equivalent experience 
  • Consultative selling knowledge/experience 
  • Ability to understand specific client business operations, strategies, objectives, and needs and then translating these into requirements and the basis for compelling solutions. 
  • Experience in working with large IT Infrastructure service delivery. 
  • Driven, self-motivated and distinctive personality who can motivate himself and others

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this role is $150,000 to $220,000 annually based on a full-time schedule. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs. In addition to base salary, other compensation programs, depending on eligibility, include an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance [OR] a role-based, sales-incentive plan and an equity grant under our Associate Equity Appreciation Program.

Echo Jobs has been exceptional in my job hunt where it provides one platform to job hunt and I don't have to open 10 websites just to look for a job. It has also helped me focus much on the job skill and the location filtering out the onsite jobs and remote ones. The only feature that I would request is to display fully remote jobs that are not restricted to a country since the one available shows ie, Remote, US yet. But if it could show remote only, that would be helpful not only to me but to other people applying for full remote and not tied to only US candidates

Simply put, it's the most up to date tech jobs aggregator I’ve found. I'm like... "I don't have to check 10+ jobs boards daily just to see if there's a new job listing? sign me up!" The filters are also quite helpful! The UI is very clean and straightforward. Love it!
