תחומי אחריות:
· אחריות על לו"ז ההנדסה והתוצרים ההנדסיים של הפרויקט. אינטגרציה וקידום התכנון בדיסציפלינות השונות לפי שלבי הפרויקט, כולל הפעלת צוות יועצים חיצוני ומשאבים פנימיים
· ניהול טכני של הליכי רכש, תמחור, הערכות תקציב והתקשרויות. הובלת חדשנות וטכנולוגיות
· זיהוי וניתוח רמות סיכונים ותמיכה מקצועית בתהליכי קבלת החלטות מסחריות
· סימולציות אנרגיה וניתוח מפורט של מערכות ייצור (PV, רוח) ואגירה
· ניהול תכנון מערכות הספק מתח גבוה ועליון, כולל השתתפות פעילה בדיונים מול מנהל המערכת וחברת החשמל
· עבודה שוטפת מול גורמי תכנון ורגולציה חיצוניים , כולל תמיכה בפיתוח הפרויקט בועדות לתכנון ובניה, משרדים ממשלתיים וגורמים פרטיים
· התפקיד הינו משרדי, אך משלב עבודת שטח וליווי פרויקטלי על כל שלביו.
דרישות:
· תואר ראשון בהנדסה (עדיפות לחשמל) - חובה
· 3 שנות ניסיון כמהנדס פרויקט בחברת הנדסה – חובה
· ניסיון בתכנון או הקמה של מתקני ייצור ואגירת אנרגיה
· ניסיון בתכנון מתקני מתח עליון – יתרון
· ניסיון בניהול וקידום תהליכי תכנון מורכבים
· אנגלית ברמה גבוהה (דיבור, כתיבה וקריאה) - חובה
· ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכות CAD (חובה), PVsyst (חובה) , WindPro (יתרון), Digsilent (יתרון)
