En Plenitude nos gustaría incorporar un Web Data Analyst para dar apoyo al departamento de Digital & Communication en nuestras oficinas en Madrid, España. Reportando directamente al manager de Digital & Communication, la persona seleccionada se encargará principalmente de definir una estrategia de datos y una consecuente implementación de sistemas de seguimiento, con una visión completa de todo el ciclo de los datos, así como de interactuar con figuras del área de negocios y IT para encontrar la mejor solución en términos de eficiencia y precisión.

Como parte del departamento Digital & Communication, serás responsable de:

  • Apoyar a las figuras de negocio (PO, digital marketing manager, acquisition manager, media manager) en la definición de una estrategia de seguimiento efectiva, mediante la compartición de guías y requisitos con TI.
  • Verificar constantemente la consistencia de las soluciones de seguimiento compartidas, contribuyendo a la definición de un marco estable.
  • Monitorear el rendimiento de los principales activos digitales (portal web, app, landing pages, redes sociales) con un enfoque en Google Analytics.
  • Apoyar los análisis de negocio mediante informes y dashboards en Google Data Studio y otras herramientas de visualización de datos.
  • Gestionar el data layer y los seguimientos a través de Google Tag Manager. 
  • Analizar el comportamiento del usuario para obtener insights útiles que mejoren la experiencia del usuario y aumenten las adquisiciones/generación de leads.
  • Sugerir estrategias para mejorar el rendimiento del sitio mediante soluciones de seguimiento/debugging y optimización de píxeles/cookies.
  • Poseer un conocimiento avanzado de los actores de la publicidad digital, de la Google Marketing Platform, y contar con experiencia comprobada en la creación de dashboards de medios, conciliando datos de diferentes fuentes.
  • Redactar documentos de data-viz de análisis de comportamiento y de negocio.

Esta es tu oportunidad si tienes estas aptitudes y requisitos:

  • Conocimiento de tecnologías web como Javascript/Ajax/Jquery, HTML, aplicaciones de página única (SPA).
  • Conocimiento de HTTP, HTTPS y del protocolo cliente/servidor, gestión de cookies e implementación de centros de cookies.
  • Conocimiento avanzado de Google Analytics, Data Studio, BigQuery y Google Tag Manager.
  • Idiomas: fluidez en inglés y español; el italiano es un plus. 
  • Experiencia trabajando en entornos multinacionales
    Probada experiencia En el sector.
  • Conocimientos en herramientas de pruebas A/B/multivariadas y competencias en diseño de pruebas/medición para la optimización de tasas de conversión.
  • Conocimientos del gestor de etiquetas Commanders Act.
  • Herramientas de medición SEO y de audiencia: Semrush, Similar Web, Statista y similares.
  • Comprensión de la dinámica de funcionamiento y/o conocimiento de AngularJS, ReactJS y otros frameworks.
  • Conocimiento básico de Python y APIs.
  • Buen conocimiento de los métodos de desarrollo de aplicaciones móviles (lenguajes, nativas/híbridas, web views).
  • Experiencia en eCommerce, retail digital (seguros, telecomunicaciones, banca, etc.)
  • Conocimiento del sector de energía es un plus.
  • Capacidad analíticas y competencias en todo el stack de GA 360 – GA4, con excelentes habilidades de comunicación y familiarizado con construcción y medición de embudos de medios, modelos de datos y métricas de optimización de conversiones.

At Eni we are looking for a Web Data Analyst for our Plenitude Iberia offices in Madrid. You will be responsible for the design, development and growth of innovative digital products, reporting directly to the Digital & Communication Manager. You will be in charge of defining a data strategy and the consequent implementation of tracking systems, with a complete vision of the whole data cycle such as collection, analysis and visualization, while interacting with figures from the business and IT area in order to find the best solution in terms of efficiency and accuracy.

As a member of the Digital & Communication Department, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting business figures (PO, digital marketing manager, acquisition manager, media manager) in defining an effective tracking strategy, by sharing guidelines and requirements with IT.
  • Constantly verifying the consistency of shared tracking solutions, contributing to the definition of a stable framework
  • Monitoring the performance of key digital assets (web portal, app, landing pages, social media), with a focus on Google Analytics.
  • Supporting business analytics through reports and dashboards in Google Data Studio and other data visualisation tools.
  • Managing data layer and tracking through Google Tag Manager. 
  • Analysing user behaviour to gain useful insights to improve user experience and increase lead generation/acquisitions.
  • Suggesting strategies to improve site performance through tracking/debugging solutions and pixel/cookie optimisation.
  • Possessing advanced knowledge of digital advertising players, the Google Marketing Platform, and having proven experience in creating media dashboards, reconciling data from different sources.
  • Writing behavioural and business analytics data-viz documents.

This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:

  • Knowledge of web technologies such as Javascript/Ajax/Jquery, HTML, single page applications (SPA).
  • Knowledge of HTTP, HTTPS and client/server protocol, cookie management and cookie centre implementation.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Data Studio, BigQuery and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience working in multinational environments
  • Proven experience in the sector.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish. Italian is a plus.

Desirable requirements:

  • Knowledge in A/B/multivariate testing tools and competencies in test design/measurement for conversion rate optimization.
  • Knowledge of Commanders Act tag manager.
  • SEO and audience measurement tools: Semrush, Similar Web, Statista and similar.
  • Understanding of the dynamics and/or knowledge of AngularJS, ReactJS and other frameworks.
  • Basic knowledge of Python and APIs.
  • Good knowledge of mobile application development methods (languages, native/hybrid, web views).

  • Knowledge of the energy sector is a plus.
  • Analytical skills and competencies across the GA 360 - GA4 stack, with excellent communication skills and familiar with building and measuring media funnels, data models and conversion optimisation metrics.
  • Strong passion for data, marketing technology, technologies in general and the world of user experience.

Echo Jobs has been exceptional in my job hunt where it provides one platform to job hunt and I don't have to open 10 websites just to look for a job. The only feature that I would request is to display fully remote jobs that are not restricted to a country since the one available shows ie, Remote, US yet.
