Purpose:
We are looking for a skilled Sr System Engineer for our Network Operations Team to design, implement, manage, and support our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration, network management, and cloud technologies. This person will play a key role in ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of our infrastructure to support our growing business needs.

- Infrastructure Design and Implementation
- Deep knowledge of virtualization clustering (Hyper-V and ESXi)
- Networking expertise – WAN/LAN/iSCSI
- Storage Infrastructure knowledge (Storage Spaces Direct, Azure Stack HCI, HPE Nimble SAN)
- System Administration
- Windows Server 2016/2019/2022
- VMWare ESXi
- Microsoft Hyper-V
- CentOS/Ubuntu
- Cloud Technology Management
- Manage and optimize cloud-based infrastructure
- Azure/Intune tenant configuration and management
- Azure SaaS and hosting
- DevOps Infrastructure
- Docker containers
- Git repository experience
- Python Flask frameworks
- Infrastructure automation systems (Ansible, etc.)
- Senior Technical Lead
- Coordinate and work major issue resolution
- Act as a senior escalation point for internal and client-facing issues

- Collaboration and Documentation:
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers and IT support.
- Document infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Provide training and support to internal teams as needed.
