Job Description

• Designs, develops, configures, and customizes (when necessary) applications and services.
• Delivers new functionality across applications.
• Administration, configuration and customization of existing modules.
• Adapting existing modules and business flows to changing customers’ business needs.
• Developing integrations.
• Writing of documentation and procedures/ documenting the source code with comments and writing technical documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in development, with a strong track record in designing and implementing solutions.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead, guiding development teams and ensuring best practices in implementations.
• Expertise in Domain Separation, Customer Service Management (CSM), and integrations.
• Strong understanding of relational databases 
• Familiar with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and web services integration, including SOAP/WSDL and REST.
• Experience with LDAP, Microsoft Active Directory, and ADFS for authentication and access management.
• Skilled in integrating enterprise software systems 
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is a plus.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• ITIL Foundation Certification.
