Job Mode: Contract (subject for regularization)
Work Mode: Hybrid Set up 1x onsite per week | Day Shift Schedule
Salary Range: 20-30K Max + Benefits
| Test management tools | Has experience with test management tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, and Confluence (optional). |
| Test data management manual | Understands manual management of test data and practicing reproducibility and consistency of tests. Has experience in handling test data management tools e.g., Liquibase, Flyway, Informatica, InfoSphere, Postman. |
| Test case design | Understands requirements and specifications to translate them into test cases. Can create well-structured and comprehensive test cases that cover different scenarios, inputs, and expected outcomes. |
| Test documentation | Can develop and maintain test documents such as test scenarios, test cases, test data, test evidence, and data sheets for automation in the document library. |
| Test reporting | Can report defects, prepare, and update status reports of testing activities, understand RAG statuses, identify the risks and issues. |
| Defect management | Understands defect tracking and management processes, including logging, prioritizing, assigning, and verifying defects. Is familiar with bug tracking tools e.g., Bugzilla, JIRA, or HP ALM. |
| Functional testing Integration | Understands the purpose and usage of system integration tests and bilateral tests. Can write and execute tests that validate the interaction and compatibility between different components or modules of a system. |
| Functional testing Other | Is familiar with functional test practices such as end-to-end and user acceptance tests. Can write and execute tests that validate the complete user journey through the system. |
| Continuous operations test environment management | Understands the need for different test environments. Can categorize which environment types (e.g. SIT, UAT, Pre-Prod, NFT) are used for what kind of activities. |
| Issue and project tracking software (e.g., JIRA) | Understands traditional and agile issue tracking and planning tools. Leverages issue tracking and planning tools to visualize, manage issues, collaborate with teams, and generate reports. Has in-depth knowledge and can set up advanced configurations of issue tracking and planning tools. |
| Business requirements management | Understands business requirements development, documentation, and management methodologies (e.g., ideation sessions, use case development). |
| Test management and planning | Understands coordination, status/progress reporting, escalation management, defect management, QA/acceptance procedures. Is familiar with release planning, interdependency management, test concept creation, test plans/scheduling, resource planning, acceptance criteria definition, quality gate planning. Can perform usability tests, mobile and compatibility tests. |
| Test methodologies | Understands testing methodologies such as Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), Test Automation, and Continuous Testing. |
| Non-functional testing Performance | Can plan and design performance tests, provide analysis and actionable insights. Has experience with performance testing tools and frameworks e.g., Gatling, Jmeter, LoadRunner. |
| Non-functional testing Security | Is familiar with testing various security aspects focusing on operational testing, automatic/manual penetration etc. Has experience with security testing tools e.g., Nessus, modesecurity, FireEye, Radar. |
| Non-functional testing Other | Is familiar with non-functional test practices such as stress tests, stability and resilience tests, usability and user acceptance tests, mobile and compatibility tests and how they are implemented. |
| Test automation | Can prepare, implement, and evaluate automated test cases. Have experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Jenkins, Appium, Junit. |
| Test data management automated | Has experience in handling test data management tools e.g., Liquibase, Flyway, Informatica, InfoSphere, Postman. |
| Test data manipulation | Understands how test data can be generated and manipulated to cover different test scenarios. Is familiar with creating, modifying, and managing test data to ensure comprehensive test coverage. |
| Usability engineering testing | Understands how interactions between user and product proceed as purposefully as possible. Can test and optimize user satisfaction and experience with applications. |
| API testing | Has experience in testing application programming interfaces (APIs). Can verify API functionality, data exchange, error handling, and integration with other components or systems. |
| ISTQB (International Software Testing Quality Board) | Understands ISTQB standard. Has experience with organizing IT test management in accordance with ISTQB procedures and best practices. |
| Continuous testing | Understands principles and practices of integrating testing activities into the CI/CD pipeline. Can collaborate with development teams to incorporate automated tests into the CI/CD process. |
| Continuous delivery technical debt minimization | Understands what technical debt is, how it impacts software quality, and how it can be minimized. |
| Continuous deployment release and change management | Can ensure deployment of authorized, compatible software. Can run release tests and approve the software individually and in conjunction with other components. Can define the process for updating releases. Can assess new changes with regards to correctness and completeness. Can bundle changes to sensible releases. |
| Agile methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) | Has practical experience in software development with agile methods, e.g., Scrum or Kanban. Understands foundations (values and culture, |
